About the Event
Do you want the best moves to speed up your recovery after squat day at the gym? Do you struggle to know how to squat well for your own anatomy? Have you been told that you lack mobility or have a faulty movement pattern? Does squatting hurt?
Squats aren't just for the gym. A squat is a basic movement our bodies require to be able to efficiently get up off the ground or chair. Every time we go to the toilet we need to be able to squat! Building our squat muscles is proven to reduce pain and risk of falling, fight osteoporosis, help us maintain a healthy weight by increasing our lean muscle mass and increase our ease of movement in daily life.
Join Jessy for this 2 hour workshop on all things squat. Learn the mechanics of a good squat and some common trouble areas.
