Intro To Animal Flow
This 6 week course is designed to be an introduction for those who have never (or minimally) done Animal Flow.
Sometimes the hardest part of joining a new class is worrying that everyone else already knows what they're doing. Here's your chance to learn Animal Flow with a group of complete beginners.
Animal Flow uses quadrupedal and ground-based movement with elements from various bodyweight-training disciplines to create a fun, challenging workout emphasizing multi-planar, fluid movement. You must be able to hold yourself on hands and toes with knees lifted for class, though there will be lots of breaks. Classes will be taught at a beginner level. You don't need to know any of the moves to start and you'll finish the program knowing all of the basics.
Bring your mat, water and any props you require (though some are available in the studio) Animal Flow traditionally doesn't require anything to practice, though a mat helps for comfort while warming up.
This course is intended for anyone who has never tried Animal Flow, or who has only limited experience with it.
This course is 6 weeks of classes, every Monday at 5:30pm. From Monday, March 22 to Monday, April 27
This is an in-person only class and spaces are limited.
