Step away from the noise of every day and reconnect with yourself.

Join us for a deeply nourishing day to rest, move your body intentionally, nourish your mind and body and reconnect in a supportive space, surrounded by like-minded souls. We will focus on cultivating gratitude and deep grounding throughout the day. The perfect reset before holiday season starts.

What to expect:

We will start the day off with the Gratitude Address. The Gratitude Address is an ancient Indigenous practice of recognizing what has freely been given to us. Anita will share from her life experience and ancestral knowledge as a Mohawk woman. Through reflection and discussion, you'll create your own message of gratitude that you can incorporate into your daily life.

Next we will move our bodies with a yoga class, led by Jessy. Class will be geared towards the level of all day retreat goers, with a goal…
