About the Event
If you have chronic back pain, you are not alone! If you have a sore low back this is for you. Regardless of your diagnosis this class will be taught at a level that is safe for all. Small group (maximum of 8 students) therapeutic yoga to build awareness of your body and its movement combined with education about your back and mind-body connection. Empower yourself to feel better and get back to what you love. This class will be recorded, however you will miss out on the interactive nature of the in person sessions if you can't attend live. The recordings will be available to your to download and refer to in the future.
