Escape with Jessy and Scott for this 6-day retreat to Costa Rica. Enjoy tropical wildlife, volcanic sand beaches on the Pacific Ocean and the laid back surfing town lifestyle. Enjoy daily yoga and meditation practice and gourmet locally sourced meals made by our personal chef, Scott. You'll learn wholistic nutrition principles and get to watch culinary demonstrations. This is sure to be a week of connecting, learning, personal growth and rejuvenation.

You'll be amongst the monkeys (seriously, they're everywhere!), the jungle, and beautiful ocean and volcano views, all while taking in the fresh ocean air. Tamarindo is a popular spot in Costa Rica and you need to see it. This is your chance.

Our gated and private accommodation has hotel style rooms facing a pool with a waterslide. It's located at the edge of town, away from the hustle and bustle, but close enough to walk to. 

The retreat includes:

• Airport transfers from Liberia international airport
• 5 nights accommodation
• All meals and snacks prepared fresh onsite by a trained chef and holistic nutritionist
• Access to the chef for all of your food and wholistic nutrition questions

• Once or twice daily yoga, meditation and breathwork

Participation is not required in every event. It's all included and you can opt to do all of the classes and workshops, or take some afternoon naps, solo hikes or dinner out in town. There will be lots of free time opportunities.
