Connect & Reset

This half day retreat at Bala studio is focused on creating connection and community to help us through the coming winter months. 

The day will include simple yoga movement in the studio, designed to make you energized and receptive to learning. We will take a mindful walk to connect with nature and learn about the plants and animals around as well as learn about medicines from the land we will be walking on and we will finish off learning the Indigenous story of the Three Sisters and enjoy some three sisters soup.

This event is open to all ages and experinece levels. If it sounds like it's meant for you, it is.
