Solstice Party

It's the annual Solstice Party at Bala studio. We're celebrating International Yoga Day, the summer solstice and National Indigenous Peoples Day. It's also the official moving outdoors to the summer studio space.

This year, we are hosting a fantastic yoga teacher friend of mine, Kendra Watson. Kendra will guide us through a yoga practice that will be suitable for beginners and more experienced yoga students alike.

Like always, there will be a clothing swap and some great local vendors on site.

Details on the clothing swap:

-Go through your closets to find clothing you don't wear. Bring them to the studio to donate

- All items must be clean, without stains or rips (You know, the worn out type, not the stylish type ha)
