Continuing education for yoga teachers
Do you ever feel stuck or uninspired in your yoga teaching? Do you feel like your teacher training left out some things you need to know to be the teacher you want to be? Are you ready to evolve your yoga career into something new?
Continue your yoga education to re-inspire your teaching, to serve your students better and to feel more confident about your class plans, cues and the information you share with your students.
Courses don't need to be big or long to give you a new perspective. With a lower time commitment, these courses give you a chance to learn in increments and put that knowledge into practice right away.
The Bhagavad Gita is invaluable at teaching the philosophy and deeper essence of yoga, but to teach yoga in the West, in our modern times, there is more knowledge needed to serve our students.
This series of workshops will help you fill in knowledge gaps, be more confident and re-discover your love of teaching yoga.
Can't seem to make the group trainings work? Jessy offers private mentoring packages also. This lets you really learn at your own pace and focus on the parts that are most important to you. Reach out via the contact form for more information

Jessy Thomas
Jessy has been teaching fitness and yoga, full-time, for over 20 years. She runs a yoga studio in Everett, Ontario, where she holds regular classes, private fitness and therapeutic sessions, workshops and retreats to local and international destinations.
Jessy likes to call herself a yoga mutt. She started her yoga journey with a strong foundation of Iyengar yoga. Over the years practicing Bikram, Asthanga, Yin and somatics. She has intensely studied therapeutic application of yoga.
Jessy's natural open-mindedness and questioning personality has informed her teachings to include a wide variety of lineages. Not only that, but these core values help to make her students feel seen, safe to ask questions and learn.
You will benefit from her wealth of anatomical knowledge, and its practical application, as you learn to truly see the student in front of you.
You'll love how Jessy's fun and playful personality comes across in her teachings and will become re-inspired to apply what you've learned from her to your own teachings.
