Animal Flow - Wednesday 5:45pm Summer Session
Wednesday, July 7 to Wednesday, August 27 at 5:45pm.
Animal Flow uses quadrupedal and ground-based movement with elements from various bodyweight-training disciplines to create a fun, challenging workout emphasizing multi-planar, fluid movement. You must be able to hold yourself on hands and toes with knees lifted for class, though there will be lots of breaks. Classes will be taught at a beginner level. You don't need to know any of the moves to start and you'll finish the program knowing all of the basics.
Class is held outside on the deck behind Bala studio.
Bring your mat, water and any props you require (though some are available in the studio) Animal Flow traditionally doesn't require anything to practice, though a mat helps for comfort while warming up.
Also bring any outdoor workout essentials like sunscreen, water and bug spray.
Should weather not cooperate, class will be held inside the studio.
