Friday 9:00am FUNdamentals Yoga Session

Friday, May 3 to Friday, June 21 at 9:00am. Alignment and accuracy based Iyengar style yoga. Use straps, blocks and bolsters to learn detailed fundamental yoga postures in a fun way. Great for beginners and more intermediate practitioners to develop body awareness, yoga knowledge and depth of practice.


All levels and abilities will gain strength, balance and flexibility.


Note: As the weather gets nicer, class may get moved outside onto the yoga deck
