FUNdamentals Yoga is Iyengar yoga. Use straps, blocks and bolsters to assist in form and alignment in this general style of yoga that focuses on accuracy. Improve your strength, flexibility and balance. The props make this style of yoga accessible to most students, minimize risk and maximize benefits.
Class is held outdoors on the yoga deck behind Bala studio. Should there be inclement weather, class is in the studio. If you can't make a class, you are welcome to make it up, within the summer session at a different class. If you are sick or away and would like to still attend, reach out to Jessy and you can attend your class virtuallly.
Bring your mat, blanket, blocks etc. that you may want to be super comfy for practice. Bring bug spray, sunsceen and water. All of the summer outdoor essentials. Some props are available to use in the studio, which will remain unlocked so that you can go in for the washroom or props as needed.
