Monday 6:30pm Yogi Strong

Monday, March 30 to Monday, June 15 at 6:15pm. This class will be a challenging mix of yoga and strength building to help you be a fit, flexible and strong yogi. All levels welcome. Expect some holds of yoga poses, core work and some fitness class style moves to get you sweaty and feeling a full body workout with some gentle stretches to finish it off. Please note: No class on Monday, May 18


    If you miss a class during the session you can make it up by attending any other class within the session. All make up classes must be completed within the session. No refunds, however some extensions possible on a case by case basis
