Monday 7:30pm FUNdamentals Yoga Spring Session

Monday, March 30 to Monday, June 15 at 7:30pm. Alignment and accuracy based Iyengar style yoga. Use straps, blocks and bolsters to learn and progress fundamental yoga postures. A great class for beginners and more intermediate practitioners. All levels and abilities will gain strength and flexibility in this class as well as a good understanding of yoga principles and practice. Please note no classes Monday, May 18
