Wednesday 6:30pm Yogi Strong Session
Wednesday, February 4 to Wednesday, April 1 at 6:30pm. Yogi Strong is an all-level strength and active mobility class that targets many common trouble areas for yoga students. Some classes will incorporate more yoga, others more strength and others more Animal Flow.
Bring your water, mat and good attitude. We will sweat and have fun. Beginner friendly and can be modified to accommodate a wide range of abilities.
This class is great for building endurance, mobility and strength through your body's full range of motion.
Note: There is no class March 11. There are also no classes at the studio from February 9 - 20
