Single Private Session
This is an opportunity for you to have Jessy entirely to yourself (or shared with a friend) to work on what you need for an hour. Who gets the most benefit from a single session? A student here at Bala with questions about poses more specific to their body, a student who really wants to nail a more challenging pose like a handstand, or arm balance or maybe a student who has just returned after an injury or surgery and needs some extra guidance on managing pain, modifying poses in general classes or who has never done yoga before and wants a chance to ask questions. This is an opportunity for you to try out one on one sessions and see if its the right fit for you.
This is a single, stand-alone session and is a little higher in cost than continuing sessions. This is great for a small and specific amount of work. It's also a great check in for clients who aare not as regular in sessions. You can purchase a group of sessions and receive a small discount per session. A bit about Jessy:
Whatever your goal, I can help you to achieve it. I have more than 15 years of personal training experience, with specialties including spin and TRX. I have more than 14 years of yoga teaching experience in different styles: Iyengar, Vinyasa, Yin and chair yoga. I have more than 7 years experience with nutrition coaching, senior populations, rehab from knee and hip replacements, and diseases like Parkinsons, DJD & MS. I am currently finishing my certification to be a yoga therapist. You'll get access to all of my experiences and qualifications for a program tailored to your needs
