Yogi Strong - Wednesday 5:45pm Summer Session
Wednesday, July 9 to Wednesday August 27 at 5:45pm. Yogi Strong is a challenging blend of yoga and a fitness class. Expect to sweat and get a full body workout that leaves you invigorated and some gentle stretches to finish off. Don't worry, we're trying to help you build to be a stronger yogi and not break you down. Everything is modifyable and options to increase or decrease difficulty are offered.
Class is held outdoors on the yoga deck behind Bala studio. Should there be inclement weather, class is in the studio. If you can't make a class, you are welcome to make it up, within the summer session at a different class. If you are sick or away and would like to still attend, reach out to Jessy and you can attend your class virtuallly.
Bring your mat, blanket, blocks etc. that you may want for practice. Bring bug spray, sunsceen and water. All of the summer outdoor essentials. Some props are available to use in the studio, which will remain unlocked so that you can go in for the washroom or props as needed.
