A traditional Hatha class with Iyengar influence for all levels
Service Description
Learn the details of yoga poses and their alignment. Strengthen, stretch and move your body. Learn about breathing techniques. Connect with the sensations in the body. Use props like bolsters, blankets, straps and blocks to help suit a yoga pose to your unique anatomy. Bring your mat, water and any props you require (though some are available in the studio). A block and strap is recommended for FUNdamentals and a bolster is a great addition as well. A pillow or blanket can be used in lieu of a bolster. No scents please. Modifications available to make this class suitable to most bodies and abilities. If you have a disability and have any concerns about attending, please reach out and we will come up with a plan together to set you up for success. There is a flight of stairs to get to the studio.

Cancellation Policy
For all in person services (when in person is possible) to cancel or reschedule, please give 5 hours advance notice. I f for any reason you are not feeling well or experiencing symptoms, please notify us and do not come to class.
