Service Description
Learn the details of yoga poses and their alignment. Strengthen, stretch and move your body. Learn about breathing techniques. Connect with the sensations in the body. Use props like bolsters, blankets, straps and blocks to help suit a yoga pose to your unique anatomy. Have a block and strap for class. You can substitute a belt or rope for the strap or even a book or box for the block. The class is broadcast via livestream for drop in students. A link will be emailed to you to join once you've registered for class. Get your space set up in front of your computer/screen in any way that you want. If you leave your camera on and set up in frame and well-lit, Jessy will be able to give you advice on your poses, but being on camera is not required.

Cancellation Policy
For all in person services (when in person is possible) to cancel or reschedule, please give 5 hours advance notice. I f for any reason you are not feeling well or experiencing symptoms, please notify us and do not come to class.
