Meet your coach, Jessy
I'm Jessy, I have worked full time in various areas of the wellness world for over 20 years. I am passionate about helping people out of pain and journey towards being their best self.
I run a yoga studio in the small village of Everett, Ontario and love to move my body in all kinds of sweaty, challenging and embodied ways. In my spare time you'll catch me hiking with my dog, scuba diving with my husband or joining in on anything that looks fun and frivolous.
I believe in empowering my students with knowledge of their body, the tools to make lasting habit changes and to never forget to play and have fun along the way.
I'm so happy you're here and look forward to coaching you on your quest to be your best self!

1 / How do I access the classes?
When you purchase the program, you create an account, with password and email, to log into. Once logged onto the website, your classes will live in your online programs forever.
2 / What do I need for the program?
You will need a yoga mat, block, strap, theraband (or looped band) and a blanket or slider and a chair in this program. If you don't have something, substitutions are suggested, but you can also purchase your props from Jessy
3 / I'm a complete newbie. Can I do this?
Definitely. This program is for all experience and strength levels. There are options to increase or decrease the difficulty.
